Jack Fernandes


After earning his J.D. from UCLA School of Law Jack founded and led Regenica Biosciences, a medical defense company focused on developing an antidote to a chemical weapon from a Nobel Laureate’s Lab. Jack traveled from the U.K. to Dubai focused on international business transactions in the life sciences and went on to lead corporate development at Cambrian Biopharma, a biopharmaceutical holding company that raised over $150m in Venture Capital. Jack has a diverse legal and business skillset, having served in varying roles at companies including Kite Pharma, Gilead Sciences, and Rimrock Capital, a multisector-focused hedge fund that managed over $8billion in assets.

A San Diego native, Jack currently serves on the board of the Cabrillo National Monument Foundation, proudly supporting San Diego’s only national park.
