Milan Laufik is an Associate in Astuno & Associates, APC’s San Diego office. Milan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including real estate litigation, employment disputes, and business torts. Milan also negotiates, drafts and reviews real property contracts.
Prior to joining Astuno & Associates, APC, Milan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey W. Johnson in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the judges of the State of Connecticut Superior Court. Milan has also worked as a litigator or bond counsel for several international law firms. He has represented multinational technology companies, advising them on complex and novel regulatory matters across Latin America, including before some of the highest courts in Latin America. He has also represented, among other clients, a multinational power management company, governmental bond issuers, and California school districts.
Milan received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. In law school, Milan served as a Note Development Editor for the Boston University International Law Journal. Milan also handled family law, immigration, and social security disability matters as a student attorney in the Boston University Civil Litigation Program.
In his free time, Milan enjoys yoga, soccer, and jogging.
