Sam McNeal attended Santa Clara University for his undergraduate degree and Pepperdine Law School for his J.D. Sam has worked in ethics and legal compliance at Intel, represented taxpayers for the California Franchise Tax Board, clerked for the Honorable Judge Amber Rosen in the Superior Court of Santa Clara, and managed mobile home parks and apartment buildings. While earning his undergraduate degree, Sam studied at the University of Cambridge, Pembroke College and while earning his J.D. he studied abroad for a semester in London while working at a U.K. law firm.
In his free time, Sam is a member of the La Jolla Sunrise Rotary and enjoys golf and reading historical fiction.
