Yi Tian “Tim” Fang is a licensed attorney in both Washington State and Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.

As a graduate of one of the nation’s top law schools, Tim brings strong legal writing and negotiation skills to his practice. Before joining Astuno & Associates, APC, he served as Corporate Counsel and Associate Attorney at a highly regarded law firm in Texas, where he obtained experience in Insurance Defense.

Tim focuses his practice on civil litigation, dispute resolution, and business and corporate law. He is dedicated to providing strategic, results-driven legal counsel to individuals and businesses alike.  In his free time, Tim enjoys cooking, music, and reading about history.
